18% GST will be applicable as per the prevailing Government of India norms.
The Presidential Suite comprises three (3) bedrooms, making it suitable for accommodating up to three occupants Single/ Double) or families/groups, subject to the applicable occupancy policy.

P.S.: Late check-out and accommodation extensions are subject to room availability. Any extension of stay of up to 24 hours or less will be charged at the applicable one-night room rate. Payment for any extension or additional stay must be made directly to the Accommodation Committee representatives appointed for room bookings for LVA Summit 2026.

Once the registration and room booking have been processed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including unforeseen situations.
