Residential Package

Note:

  • A minimum stay of 02 nights is mandatory.
  • In case a Double/Twin-bedded room is opted and booked on a single-bed occupancy (per bed, per night) basis, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to allocate the other bed to another doctor at its discretion.
  • 18% GST will be applicable as per prevailing government norms.
  • An additional 3.5% charge will be applicable for payments made using debit or credit cards.


P.s: Late check-out and accommodation stay extensions are subject to availability. Any extension of stay for up to 24 hours or less will be charged at the full applicable one-night rate. Payment for any extensions or additional stay requests must be made directly to the Accommodation Committee staff appointed for room bookings for LVA Summit 2026.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – (Aalankrita Resort & Convention)

There will be no refund once the Residential Package (Registration for the conference + Room Booking) has been processed, under any circumstances, including unforeseen situations.

Transfer Policy

Registrations for the conference and room bookings made under the Residential Package are non-transferable.
